The Shine House supports our local art community in many ways, including exhibiting art and giving our local and regional artist a chance to sell their work. We are currently searching for artwork for our next art show! Please send us any entries you are interested in displaying.

Highlight of the Month:

Clay Ladles & Bowls

Saturday, August 17 at 1:00PM

It may still be hot outside, but soup season is right around the corner! Picture the leaves on the trees turning and a great pot of soup on the stove! What could be better than serving that soup in a serving bowl with a ladle that you built by hand. Come join Tara and learn three techniques in one workshop: using a hump mold, coiling a foot, and pulling a handle. These three skills can be put to use in thousands of ways. This is a three-and-a-half-hour workshop; your pieces will be glazed and fired for pick up three weeks later.
